LOCATION OF THE ROOMS

First room (entry room)

       This part of the filter is where the airflow comes in, with the highest concentration of dust. In this entry point, we put a fixed separator via impact, to cause the heaviest particles to fall. Only the light particles will reach the sleeve area.

       Underneath this first separator, is the attack cone and corresponding suice, normally with a slope of not less than 70°, to avoid accumulation of materials.

Sleeves room

       In this rooms you can find the baskets and sleeves that are the core of the dust filtration system.

      The baskets consist of a galvanized iron mesh and protecting cover, in order to protect the edges of the sleeves.

      The sleeves are of the Snap Band type, made of perforated polyester with a density adapted to the necessity of the aspirated product.

      In this module of the filter we install the explosive releasers, calculated according to NFPA norms.

Cleaning room

      This room has the cleaning system that works with inverse airflow. (In this case via a fan).

ADVANTAGES OF THE LOW PRESSURE CLEANING SYSTEM

	No pressurized air required.
	Always works with dry and clean air, which increases the lifespan of the sleeves.
	No electronic elements; the complete system is mechanical.
	The room in the cleaning room enables you the replaceor inspect the sleeves without the risks and without specific equipment.
	It is the most efficient system, allowing to increase the speed of the air while reducing the total cost of the equipment.
	For big airflows, the hopper functions as a decantation room for the bigger particles; only the small particles arrive to the sleeves.
